"Secrecy law's audit loophole remains open"

　特定秘密保護法案の閣議決定を控えた２０１３年９月、法が成立すれば秘密指定書類が会計検査に提出されない恐れがあるとして、会計検査院が「すべてを検査するとしている憲法の規定上、問題」と内閣官房に指摘していたことが分かった。検査院は条文修正を求めたが、受け入れられないまま特定秘密保護法は成立。（12/8毎日新聞）
