大阪・住吉区で1995年に起きた住宅火災で11歳の少女が焼死した事件で、生命保険金目的の放火殺人容疑で無期懲役が確定し、服役していた母親の青木恵子さん（51）と内縁の夫の朴龍晧さん（49）がきのう26日（2015年10月）、再審決定と刑の執行停止で釈放された。

ここで、「内縁の夫」という表現が気になったのでニュースでチェックしました。
